Deadlines

Deadlines...I love them , I really love the whooshing sound they make when they go flying by. Today we are working a brokered load. We had a live load (we wait in the truck while it is being loaded) in Mebane NC, then we have to run down to Easley, SC where they will add more to what is already on the truck. Well we didn't leave Mebane untill almost 2:00 and the girl at the broker said that the one in Easley closes at 4:00. WHOOSH. Good thing about this is we will get a good nights sleep tonight, and maybe a decent meal instead of fast food. Then we will get loaded in the morning and head back up to Cullman.
